Heart of our Fun-Raising Action

	Upholding its belief in giving back to the community, SICC has helped finance the operations of a wide spectrum of welfare organisations through its May Day Charity funds. Year after year, recession or boom times, the show still goes on.

Changing Lives. Creating Futures.

The SICC May Day Charity has been a long-standing tradition of The Singapore Island Country Club, where resources are not spared to extend a helping hand to the less fortunate. When Cheong Thiam Siew mooted the idea of a charity event for SICC in 1972, it was with conviction that as one of the most prestigious clubs in Singapore, the SICC should do its part to help the less fortunate in society. This belief has since been deeply ingrained in the Club's tradition.
