Craving for Crabs

Time to get our fingers dirty to enjoy luscious crab meat cooked in a variety of styles!
This month, Bukit Room will celebrate the crustacean and its many culinary preparations, including steamed with ginger and egg white, fried with spring onions, braised with bee hoon, and baked with spiced salt.
On top of that, there is also the soft shell crab and much more.
