Venison Burger $17.90
Chef Danial hops on the ethnic-flavoured burger bandwagon by adding herbs and spices, Cajun seasoning blends, and sweet red roasted bell peppers to his venison burger, turning it into a Mexican fiesta. Beautifully flavoured and superbly textured, he ventures beyond traditional sliced cheese and gives burgers a bold new personality by topping with Gorgonzola cheese and jalapenos.
Available at Island Swimming Pool Cafe and Island Bowl

Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani
Robust and full of flavour, this chicken dum biryani, served with crispy pappadum, makes for a satisfying meal! We love how the turmeric spice base perfumed the tasty rice, infusing it with a fragrance that is simply unforgettable. The chicken is tender, and the accompanying gravy has a spicy overtone to give that extra oomph.
Available at Bukit Swimming Pool Cafe

This Cantonese-styled dish offers a delightful symphony of textures.
