Greek-style Lamb Burger $17.90
If you like Greek food, you will definitely like Chef Shankar's awesome lamb burger! A great substitute for beef burgers, this grilled lamb burger, served on a toasted olive focaccia, is loaded with Greek flavours. The spices and herbs harmonise with the richness of the lamb and feta cheese. Served with mint sauce, tzatziki and fresh Greek salad, they make great accompaniments to this Greek-inspired meal.

Japanese Bento Delights
If you want a great deal on Japanese food, Chef Jason has created two set menus to pamper the taste buds of diners. Available at both Bukit Cafe and Bukit 19th Hole.

Set A $28.00 - comprises an appetiser (seasoned seaweed), salmon sashimi, gyoza, salad and traditional Japanese pork belly.

Set B $22.00 - comprises an appetiser (seasoned seaweed), salmon steak, tempura ebi and salad

Each bento set is served with miso soup, rice and a complimentary Shochu.


Masala Lamb Shank $19.80
A Kashmiri specialty, the lamb shank is slow-cooked till tender, in richly spiced yoghurt gravy. Simple and yet mouth-watering, and satisfaction guaranteed!

Braised Pig Trotter with Lotus Root and Black Fungus $12.80
Island 19th Hole
revisits simpler dishes with its braised pork trotters, which resemble that of a typical grandmother's cooking. Firm and tender, the pork trotters are marinated, cooked and simmered with adequate time, and served in rich and aromatic gravy. A great dish during your evenings after golf with friends!


Peach and Lychee Sling $5.90
Spice up your day with this delicious fruity mocktail. A novel twist on the classic Singapore Sling, this thirst-quencher is a mix of lime juice, pineapple juice, peach and lychee syrup, and grenadine.
