Bukit Bar & Bukit 19th Hole

Oysters are in season and we are bringing you a spectacular selection of air-flown fresh oysters. Choose from the Fine de Claire oysters (fleshy and creamy with a slight hazelnut finish), the Bouzigues oysters, or the Belon oysters (flat oyster with bold flavours; distinctively salty and fishy with metallic finish).

Have It Any Way You Like 'Em
The oysters are prepared in a variety of ways. However, the connoisseurs would suggest "going naked", celebrating the oyster's individuality by slurping each one right out of its shell. Tip back your chin, slide the morsel in, savour the sweet-salty brine of its natural juices, chew with attention and swallow with satisfaction!

Our oysters' special is only available at the Bukit Bar and Bukit 19th Hole on Fridays and Saturdays, starting from 17 December 2010.

All oysters are served with champagne mignonette, balsamic mignonetter and hogwash (rice wine vinegar, cilantro and freshly chopped jalapeno peppers).

A Perfect Match
Wondering which wine goes with your oysters? We recommend a crisp, clean-finishing wine. Enjoy these morsels with a bottle of Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnernuhr Riesling Kabinett 2009 priced at $55+ - your oyster slurping and wien sipping will be even more delightful.
