Before the creation and use of dumbbells, cannonball-looking iron weights called Kettlebell had been commonly used for fitness and training. Today, Kettlebell is back as the latest fitness craze. Kettlebell training benefits everyone - whether your goal is to look and feel good, to be trim quickly, or for power development.

What makes Kettlebell training unique and effective is that it trains both cardiovascular health and strengths, giving you an intense training, which involves every muscle in your body.
