Ladies Combatone

Fees: $35 per session / $40 per walk-in session

This holistic programme consists of cardiovascular workout and muscle toning, and is a productive way to relieve stress.
Combative syllabus for personal protection is included, equipped with combat conditioning exercise for a total body workout that focuses on striking and grappling fighting systems. The syllabus also contains elements of both standing and ground works.

All Lady Members are welcome to join at any time during this 8-week programme. Each session will cover different syllabus and revision will be done at the end of the class.
