Experience the wonders of Taiji at the classes conducted by Quek Keng Hwang, more fondly known as "Keng". Taiji Quan, or Taiji, is practised in a series of slow, continuous and relaxed movements which makes it a low-impact exercise. Its fluidity in movements demands relaxation of muscles and concentration of the mind. Regular practices will help prevent osteoporosis, increase immunity, lower hypertension, and improve the cardio-vascular system.

Learn and master the simplified 24 movements of Taiji Quan in 6 to 8 months before advancing to the intermediate class. Taiji practice is all about keeping fit with minimal fuss - easy to learn, convenient, and equipment-free. It is suitable for all age groups and regardless of gender.
