Yoga in the urban landscape is usually practiced in air-conditioned rooms, which is not an optimal experience for a complete yoga practice. If the temperature is too cold, the body is not able to stretch to its best and the recycled air is unable to fully complement yoga practice.

If you have not had a complete yoga experience, come and practice open air yoga by the pool at the Island location where asana (poses) practice is complimented by clean and fresh air to detoxify and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul!

Christopher Lim is a fully trained yoga teacher under the Sivananda Yoga lineage. Having completed his training in Kerala and the Himalayas, he aims to share the full experience of yoga practice in natural open air surroundings.
