Ordinary Members and Corporate Nominees of Corporate Members leaving Singapore for more than six (6) calendar months may request to place their names on the Absent Members' List, subject to the Club's Rules and Bye-Laws on Absent Membership.

Activation of Membership
An Absent Member may e-mail the Club or complete the Activation Form and submit to the Club's Reception at either Bukit or Island Location when he/she is in Singapore. An Active Member is required to pay monthly subscription fee of $150.00 or $170.00 if a spouse is registered under the said membership. Membership cards, golf tags and car park labels will be issued for use of Club's facilities. If the activation is for a short period, temporary cards, tags and labels will be issued.

Utilisation of Club's Facilities
In order to use the Club's facilities, an Absent Member is required to inform the Club by completing the Utilisation of Club's Facilities Form. An Absent Member is allowed up to two registrations with the Club per calendar year for use of Club's facilities by him and his family member/s (i.e. no signing in of guest) while in Singapore, subject to the Club's Rules & Bye-Laws.

Each registration allows an Absent Member to use the Club's facilities for a continuous period of two weeks only. All expenses incurred will be charged accordingly. If the two week period has been exceeded, the Club will activate the membership on a calendar month basis. Upon registration, temporary membership cards will be issued together with four golf vouchers. Each voucher entitles the Absent Member (or his Family Member) to one round of golf.

For use of Club's facilities, the Absent Member is required to produce the temporary membership card. If the two registrations have been used for the calendar year, the Absent Member will have to activate his membership to use the Club's facilities while in Singapore.
