EGM, 1 July 2011 - President's Presentation
Tanah Merah Country Club ("TMCC") has brought to the attention of the Management that references and/or statements on slides 131 and 136 of the original Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dossier relating to Tanah Merah Country Club ("TMCC") is incorrect.

Singapore Island Country Club ("SICC") wishes to clarify the said references and states that:-

1. TMCC did not participate in the running to be the host Club of the Asian Amateur Championship ("AAC") neither did it contemplate to be the venue for the AAC;
2. The reference that "SICC was chosen over TMCC" is inaccurate; and
3. The information alluded to at the original slide 136 relating to HSBC LPGA Champions Event is incorrect.

SICC had on 13 July 2011 removed these original pages (slides 130-132 and 136).

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and/or damage occasioned to TMCC and/or its reputation and/or any one party connected thereto.

Sentosa Golf Club ("SGC") has brought to the attention of the Management its concerns that certain facts at slides 131 and 136 of the original EGM dossier pertaining to the participation of SGC in the selection process to be the host Club of the 3rd Asian Amateur Championship ("AAC"), are incorrect and do not reflect the actual position.

Management has been duly advised by SGC that:-

1. it did not, at any given time, participate in the running to be the host Club nor did it contemplate to be the venue for the 3rd AAC and as such, the reference that "SICC was chosen over SGC" is inaccurate; and
2. in relation to the Barclays Singapore Open, SGC was not a sponsor of the said event.

Management, now recognising these inaccuracies, has since removed the entire section relating to the selection process of the 3rd AAC (pages 130-132 and page 136) and the revised version of the EGM dossier can be viewed here.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or damage caused to any one party/individual or to the reputation of SGC or any party connected thereto.
