• Court of Appeal dismissed Kay Swee Pin's appeal in respect of her defamation suit against the Club and rebuked her for abuse of Court process in commencing the defamation suit.

• Kay Swee Pin filed her notice of appeal against the decision of the High Court in respect of the defamation suit below.
