Located on the second level of the new Bukit Clubhouse, the newly refurbished restaurant exudes sophistication while retaining an oriental charm with its sensuous wood furniture and warm, earthy tones.

The Bukit Room offers a wide selection of seafood and other Chinese home-styled dishes, using only the freshest ingredients to highlight the natural goodness and flavours of the dishes. Helmed in by our Chinese Master Chef Foo Kee Keat, diners will be spoilt for choice with its extensive new menu. Be sure to try some of his signature dishes, which include Hot & Sour Soup, Deep-fried Large Prawns with Butter Sauce, Deep-fried Spare Ribs Marinated with Coffee Sauce and all-time favourite Chilli Crab.

This cosy restaurant is able to accommodate about 230 persons. Advance reservation is recommended.
