Experience the effects of Taiji with Quek Keng Hwang. Taiji Quan, or more popularly known as 'Taiji', is practised in a series of slow, continuous and relaxed movements which makes it a low-impact exercise. Its fluidity in movements demands relaxation of the muscles and concentration of the mind. Regular practices will help prevent osteoporosis, increase immunity, lower hypertension, and improve cardiovascular system.

Taiji is easy to learn, convenient and equipment-free. It is suitable for all age groups regardless of gender.
