Yoga therapy is suitable for those with physical injuries or health problems. These sessions aim to improve your flexibility and range of motion, alleviating the back, hips and shoulder pains. These sessions will also benefit golfers who are in need of exercises to stretch and strengthen their backs, hips, shoulders and abdomen to excel in their game.
Ideal for first-timers as the class is conducted in a slow and relaxed pace. Participants are required to bring their own mats.

*One month’s notice is required for any cancellation of classes, failing which one month’s fee will be debited to Member's account.
