Eligible charities are invited to submit an application for consideration as a beneficiary of the SICC May Day Charity. Applications are open to organisations that are registered Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs). SICC is committed to safeguarding the personal and organisational information provided as part of the application process. Information submitted will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating beneficiary applications and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

No. Previous funding support from other organisations will not affect your eligibility or chances of selection. Each application will be assessed independently based on its merits, impact and alignment with the objectives of the SICC May Day Charity.

All applications will be reviewed and evaluated by the SICC May Day Charity Organising Committee. The Committee will consider various factors, including the charity's mission, proposed use of funds, community impact, governance and overall suitability for support.

To cover the costs incurred in organising and administering the SICC May Day Charity, up to 30% of the funds allocated to beneficiaries may be deducted. The final amount will be determined after the completion of the Club's audited accounts, and beneficiaries will be informed accordingly.

No. Donations made to the SICC May Day Charity are pooled into a common fund. Donors are not able to designate a specific charity to receive their contribution.

Funds are allocated equally among the selected beneficiaries following a rigorous evaluation and selection process. Final allocation decisions remain at the sole discretion of SICC.

Yes. Charities that have previously received support from SICC may apply again, provided they have not been beneficiaries for three consecutive years.

All eligible applications will be assessed on their individual merits through the same evaluation process as new applicants.

Only shortlisted organisations will be contacted by SICC. Due to the volume of applications received, we regret that we may not be able to provide individual feedback to unsuccessful applicants.

The SICC May Day Charity supports organisations that make a meaningful and measurable difference to the community. Priority may be given to charities and programmes that demonstrate strong social impact, sustainable outcomes and good governance.
